Jan. 31 | Underside of Independence: Historic Spaces Preserved

Join us for an exciting new program that takes you to the Underside of Independence!

This 2018 multi-series  program will explore the spaces  and artifacts not usually  seen by the public!  We start the series with our 1st program: Preserved Historic Spaces.

Come explore the basements of the Bishop White House and the First Bank of the United States with the park’s architect, Winston Clement.  See how the spaces have been preserved as well as the changes that were made when their purposes changed with time.  See original artifacts and as well as reconstructed items the National Park Service put in when they were creating the park.
